šŸ§‚ Ingredients:

  • 4 mediumĀ russet or Yukon gold potatoes, halved lengthwise

  • ¼ cupĀ unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ cupĀ grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tspĀ garlic powder

  • ½ tspĀ paprikaĀ (optional, for color)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)

1.Ā Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat toĀ 400°F (200°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9Ɨ13-inch baking dish or sheet pan.

2.Ā Prepare the Parmesan Crust:

  • In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3.Ā Assemble:

  • Pour melted butter into the baking dish and evenly sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the butter.

  • Place potato halvesĀ cut side downĀ into the buttery cheese mixture.

4.Ā Bake:

  • Bake uncovered forĀ 40–45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden and crisp.

5.Ā Cool Slightly & Serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift potatoes out.

  • Garnish with parsley, chives, or extra Parmesan if desired.
