4 mediumĀ russet or Yukon gold potatoes, halved lengthwise

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
šŖ Instructions:
1.Ā Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a 9Ć13-inch baking dish or sheet pan.
2.Ā Prepare the Parmesan Crust:

In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3.Ā Assemble:

Pour melted butter into the baking dish and evenly sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the butter.

Place potato halvesĀ cut side downĀ into the buttery cheese mixture.

Bake uncovered forĀ 40ā45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden and crisp.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift potatoes out.
