Ingredients
15β20 raw garlic cloves
1 cup raw honey (enough to fully cover the garlic)
1 small glass jar with a lid
Preparation
Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush them with the side of a knife. This helps release the beneficial compound allicin.
Place the cloves in a clean glass jar.
Pour raw honey over the garlic until the cloves are completely covered.
Close the jar and let the mixture rest for at least 24 hours (many people leave it for 2β3 days for stronger flavor).
Store the jar at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
How to Use
Take 1 teaspoon of the honey and 1 garlic clove
Consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
Follow the routine for 7 days
You can:
Chew the garlic with the honey, or
